Terms & Conditions
Everything you need to know before your next adventure begins.
Welcome to Jazzy JetSetters Travel. We specialize in creating memorable travel experiences, including cruises, luxury vacations, group travel, destination celebrations, and corporate travel arrangements.
These Terms & Conditions explain the general rules governing your use of our website and travel planning services. Please review them carefully before requesting or purchasing travel arrangements.
1. About Jazzy JetSetters Travel
Jazzy JetSetters Travel is an independent travel advisory business associated with InteleTravel.
We assist travelers with researching, planning, and arranging travel services offered by third-party suppliers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Jazzy JetSetters Travel does not own, operate, or directly provide airlines, cruise ships, hotels, resorts, transportation services, or other travel accommodations.
Travel purchases may also be governed by InteleTravel's terms and the applicable supplier's booking agreement.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or requesting our services, you acknowledge these Terms & Conditions.
When you purchase travel, you may also be required to review and accept separate booking terms, payment authorizations, waivers, or supplier agreements.
If these general website terms conflict with mandatory consumer protection laws, applicable law will control.
3. Travel Quotes and Availability
All travel quotes are subject to availability, supplier restrictions, applicable taxes, and price changes until the reservation is confirmed.
A quote does not guarantee a reservation, specific accommodation, airfare, cabin category, or travel price.
Travel pricing may change due to availability, currency fluctuations, taxes, fuel surcharges, supplier adjustments, or other factors.
We will communicate known material pricing information available to us before requesting booking authorization.
4. Reservations and Booking Confirmations
A reservation is not confirmed merely because a quote has been provided, a request form has been submitted, or a traveler has expressed interest.
Confirmation occurs when the applicable travel supplier or authorized booking provider accepts the reservation and issues the appropriate confirmation.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all confirmation documents and promptly reporting discrepancies.
5. Traveler Information and Documentation
Travelers must provide complete and accurate information when requesting or confirming reservations.
This includes legal names matching required identification documents, dates of birth, contact details, and any other information required by suppliers.
Travelers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, identification, travel authorizations, and other required documents.
Passport validity requirements and entry restrictions vary by destination.
Failure to meet documentation requirements may result in denied boarding, denied entry, cancellation, or additional expenses.
6. Deposits, Payments, and Deadlines
Deposits, payment schedules, and final payment deadlines vary by supplier and reservation type.
Applicable payment terms will be communicated as part of the booking process.
Failure to make a required payment by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation, loss of promotional pricing, or supplier penalties.
All travel purchase payments must be processed through authorized InteleTravel or supplier payment channels.
Jazzy JetSetters Travel does not accept unauthorized direct payments for supplier travel purchases.
7. Planning and Service Fees
Certain customized planning, research, consultation, itinerary development, or group coordination services may involve separate professional service fees.
Any such fees, including their amount, scope, payment schedule, and refund conditions, will be disclosed before the traveler agrees to the service.
No undisclosed planning fee is imposed merely by visiting our website or submitting an initial travel inquiry.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the terms of the applicable travel supplier, booking category, payment arrangement, and governing law.
Some reservations may be partially refundable, nonrefundable, or subject to cancellation penalties.
Deposits may be nonrefundable when specified by the supplier or an agreed service-fee arrangement.
Refund requests must be evaluated under the applicable booking conditions.
Jazzy JetSetters Travel cannot independently guarantee a refund or override a supplier's cancellation policy.
Any refund legally owed will remain subject to applicable consumer protection requirements.
9. Changes to Travel Arrangements
Changes to confirmed reservations may result in additional costs, including supplier change fees, fare differences, or other adjustments.
Requests to modify travel dates, traveler names, destinations, accommodations, or other arrangements are subject to supplier approval.
Not all reservations permit modifications.
10. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for trips, especially international travel, cruises, group vacations, and bookings involving substantial nonrefundable expenses.
Coverage may be available for certain cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, baggage problems, or other covered events.
Insurance benefits, exclusions, eligibility, and claim decisions depend on the specific policy.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing insurance documents and selecting coverage appropriate to their needs.
Declining travel insurance may leave travelers responsible for losses that would otherwise have been covered under an applicable policy.
11. Cruises and Cruise-Specific Conditions
Cruise reservations are subject to the terms of the cruise line.
Cruise lines may change itineraries, ports of call, schedules, onboard offerings, and other arrangements due to weather, operational conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond their control.
Cabin assignments, upgrade availability, dining arrangements, and onboard amenities are governed by the applicable cruise line.
Travelers should review cruise documents, boarding requirements, prohibited items, and embarkation deadlines before departure.
12. Group Travel, Destination Weddings, and Corporate Bookings
Group reservations may have additional terms concerning:
- Minimum participant counts.
- Room blocks and cabin allocations.
- Deposits and payment deadlines.
- Group contracts and supplier concessions.
- Name changes and substitutions.
- Cancellation penalties.
- Event-related arrangements and coordination.
Group organizers are responsible for communicating applicable information to participants and obtaining necessary permissions when submitting traveler details.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each traveler remains responsible for their own booking obligations and required payments.
Any group-specific agreement or supplier contract may contain additional conditions.
13. Traveler Conduct and Responsibilities
Travelers must comply with applicable laws, supplier policies, transportation rules, safety instructions, and destination requirements.
Travelers are responsible for arriving on time, following check-in procedures, and behaving appropriately toward suppliers, staff, and other travelers.
Travel suppliers may refuse service or remove individuals for violations of their policies, subject to applicable law.
14. Health, Accessibility, and Special Requests
Travelers should disclose relevant accessibility needs or special service requests early enough for us to communicate them to the appropriate supplier.
We will make reasonable efforts to relay requests, but fulfillment depends on supplier capabilities, availability, and applicable legal requirements.
Travelers are responsible for consulting qualified professionals regarding personal medical needs, recommended vaccinations, and destination-specific health considerations.
15. Travel Advisories and Destination Conditions
Travelers are responsible for reviewing relevant destination information, including government advisories, entry requirements, local laws, weather conditions, and health guidance.
Useful resources include:
Travel conditions may change before or during a trip.
16. Supplier Responsibility and Travel Disruptions
Airlines, cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers are generally responsible for the travel services they provide under their respective agreements.
Travel disruptions may include weather emergencies, mechanical issues, labor disputes, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Jazzy JetSetters Travel will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers with supplier communications when appropriate.
However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted travel services or outcomes outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Website Information and Content
We strive to provide accurate, helpful travel information.
However, destination descriptions, photographs, prices, promotions, itineraries, and availability may change.
Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed representation of a specific travel purchase unless expressly included in a confirmed booking agreement.

Promotional emails and text messages are subject to applicable marketing consent requirements.
Travelers are responsible for keeping their contact information current so they can receive important booking communications.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Jazzy JetSetters Travel is not responsible for losses arising solely from the independent acts or omissions of third-party travel suppliers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for our own conduct where such a limitation is prohibited by law, or reduces any nonwaivable consumer rights.
22. Applicable Law
These Terms are generally governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where another jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws apply.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any separately agreed, legally enforceable booking or service agreement.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions as our services, website, or legal requirements change.
Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date.
